Galtbayar Artbazar
Professor
Galtbayar Artbazar is a Professor of Mathematics at the National University of Mongolia and served as President of the university. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Tokyo in 2002 for work on the mathematical study of quantum mechanical problems. His research centers on the spectral and scattering theory of Schrödinger operators — including the $L^p$-boundedness of wave operators and the analysis of quantum field theory models such as the Nelson and Pauli–Fierz Hamiltonians — in long-running collaborations with Kenji Yajima (Tokyo) and Arne Jensen (Aalborg).
MendAmar Majig
Professor
MendAmar Majig is a faculty member in applied mathematics at the National University of Mongolia. He received his Ph.D. from Kyoto University in 2009, where he worked with Masao Fukushima's optimization group on global optimization approaches for general variational inequality problems. His research spans optimization theory — variational inequalities, equilibrium problems, and evolutionary algorithms — and its applications in operations research, from climate model evaluation to public service simulation.
Enkhbolor Adiya
Associate Professor
Enkhbolor Adiya is a faculty member in applied mathematics at the National University of Mongolia. Her research interests lie in image processing and computer vision — including image segmentation with fractional-order active contour models and real-time motion estimation — as well as fractional differential equations and multi-criteria decision making. Her work spans both theory and applications, from cell segmentation in microscopy to 3D input generation from motion trackers.
